Automatic Vacuum Filtration Unit – Model VFU-2

The model VFU-2  is a bench or floor mounted vacuum automatic filtration system for continuously filtering large volumes of water. The chambers are manufactured from thick beige colour Polypropylene plastic.

The first chamber is evacuated and draws the water through a filter (not part of the system). When the level reaches a sensor the system automatically changes over to the second chamber without pausing. The first chamber is vented  and the contents pumped to drain, the process is then repeated. The entire process is PLC controlled and the programme cycles all valves and pumps without any operator input.

The system requires connection to a filtering system and to a suitable waste drain.
