ACB64 with Venturi Pump

This 64 litre package testing chamber is to be used in a clean environment so the customer wanted an oil free solution, hence the Venturi vacuum generator and then all of the fittings across the chamber were upgraded to stainless steel for a food safe contaminant free solution as well.

The Venturi is capable of producing a vacuum of around 50mbar so the regulator on this system is set to maintain a pressure of around 300mbar. More than adequate for package testing with the bubble leak detection method.
