Automated Resin Casting Machine

This system was completely designed from the top down to fully automate the degassing and casting process from start to finish at just the press of a button by the end user.

The software controls the opening and closing of all of the corresponding solenoid valves and opening and closing of the pneumatic pinch valve to control the pour.

Every component, from the sliding tray and rotating loader to the distribution head and holding funnel, had to be custom made and fitted to make this whole machine come together. Months of work really paid off after it was installed in the factory and put to use with fantastic results from day one.
